Kent Winterfest

Join the Rock 98.9 Crew from 3:30-7:30pm for cookie decorating, games and activities at Downhome Catering, and a Christmas Story Time Reading at the Kent Library! The Tree Lighting is at 5:30pm at the Town Square Plaza. Not to mention, popcorn, hot cider, and hot chocolate are free all day!

Winterfest is a gift from the Kent Lions to the community of Kent. The day’s activities include a Holiday Reading at the Kent Library at 3:30pm. A small parade at 4:30pm kicks off through the Historic Kent District and brings Santa to Town Square Plaza where he will welcome the attendees and give out prizes. The Tree Lighting will start at 5:30pm at the Town Square Plaza. Live choral groups and bands will play seasonal music throughout the day. Blow-up seasonal balloons provide photo opportunities. Throughout the day, free popcorn, hot cider, and hot chocolate are offered. Following the parade and Santa’s arrival, the festival Town Square Plaza lighting takes place.

Admission is free!
