Journey are now officially Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees, but keyboardist Jonathan Cain said he wished that the band’s current singer could be inducted with them as well.  Cain feels that singer Arnel Pineda is one of the reasons for their induction and also discussed the challenges that the singer faced in taking the place of Steve Perry.  Arnel was discovered by guitarist Neal Schon through YouTube clips.

A Perfect Circle began their tour with a few dates in Las Vegas recently and unveiled a new song, “Feathers.”  Guitarist, Billy Howerdel said that fans can expect the new record this year and shared how he and vocalist Maynard James Keenan managed to work on new music separately.  Howerdel said he would work on his parts and send them to Maynard who would work on his parts and the band will be getting together soon to put it all together.

Nancy Wilson is getting busy with her new “Roadcase Royal” project, but she said that her first choice would have been to schedule a “summer of Heart.”  Currently her sister Ann is doing her solo project, but that may not be the only issue.  Over the summer there was an incident involving Ann’s husband and Nancy’s teenage sons, however Nancy optimistically offered that “time is the healer.”
