Kim Monroe’s Music Minute April 1st and 2nd

While Incubus fans wait patiently for the release of the band’s latest album titled “8”…more info about the recording session is out.  The band worked with EDM artist/producer Skrillex and he just posted some new photos, including a shot of Deftones singer Chino Moreno.  “8” will be out on April 21st.

Doors guitarist Robbie Kreiger confirmed that the expanded 50th anniversary edition of their first album isn’t the only one to get polished up.  Next year, will make the 50th for “Strange Days.”  And there are plans for more of the catalog.  Kreiger is also hoping to release the tribute album he did with drummer John Densmore in honor of the late keyboardist Ray Manzarek.

While metal fans know and love Rob Halford for his work with Judas Priest, he has showcased his immense talent on other avenues throughout his career.  Lucky for you, a special 14 album set, aptly named “The Complete Albums Collection” is due out on May 19th.  It will include his solo work as well as with Fight, and the only album done as 2WO.
