Kim Monroe’s Music Minute May 11th

Alice In Chains fans, good news!  During a recent golf charity event, the band’s singer/guitarist Jerry Cantrell spilled some details on upcoming recording.  Cantrell said that the band will be recording the follow up to 2013’s “The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here” in Seattle over the summer.  He also expressed his gratitude to the fans that have stuck with them enabling them to do what they do.

Linkin Park have released another music video from their upcoming new album “One More Light.”  The song continue down the path of some of the previous releases in that it is much more melodic.  The band also announced their tour and an appearance on the “Good Morning America” concert series.  Tickets for the Seattle show with Snoop Dog go on sale today.

The 8th annual “Monsters of Rock” cruise has been announced!  This year’s headliners include Queensryche, Lita Ford, Tesla and tons more.  The cruise departs from Miami on February 11th for five days and five nights of 80’s rock and metal.  You can make your reservations today!

About Kim Monroe

Born in Northeast Ohio, traveled to Charlotte, NC, Seattle, Cleveland and finally back to Seattle. This is, by far, my favorite city in the US, not to mention the best people! I am a happy mother of two great kids and lots of animals! In my rare downtime, I enjoy reading and watching true crime shows, plus American Horror Story every season!
