Alice Cooper, also known as the Godfather of Shock Rock, is one of this year’s nominees to the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Some of Cooper’s hits include “Elected” and “No More Mr. Nice Guy.” Other nominees include John Mellencamp, Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders, Tom Waits and more.
