Kim Monroe’s Music Minute November 6th

Well, turns out Ozzy Osbourne doesn’t intend to tour for the rest of his life.  Ozzy said people keep asking him when he’s going to retire and now he has an answer.  The singer has announced a new world tour that will begin in May of 2018 and wrap up in 2020.  Osbourne is also working on new music for the first time in 7 years.

After losing his iPhone a few years back, Metallica guitartist, Kirk Hammett is a lot more careful these days!  On that phone was more than 500 ideas and all were lost.  Currently the guitarist says he has about 500 more new ideas that he feels can be developed into really great music…and, of course, he is being much more careful with his phone these days!

Def Leppard’s Joe Elliot has a side project.  Down ‘N Outz was founded by Elliott and members of The Quireboys, and are set to release a new live album on December 1st.  The album “The Further Live Adventures Of…” was originally released in 2014 and includes two CD’s and a DVD.

About Kim Monroe

Born in Northeast Ohio, traveled to Charlotte, NC, Seattle, Cleveland and finally back to Seattle. This is, by far, my favorite city in the US, not to mention the best people! I am a happy mother of two great kids and lots of animals! In my rare downtime, I enjoy reading and watching true crime shows, plus American Horror Story every season!
