Kim Monroe’s Music Minute September 23rd and 24th

Scorpions kicked off their North American tour last week in Pennsylvania and will be heading to the Tacoma Dome next weekend.  In a recent interview guitarist Mattias Jabs was asked his feelings on whether or not the band deserves to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  Scorpions has been eligible since 1997 and he said that a lot fans are vocal about their inclusion and he feels they have done a lot over their 50 years and that yes, he would love to have that honor.

James Corden’s Late Late Show feature “Carpool Karaoke” has found the show’s host singing along with a variety of big name artists.  Most recently James was joined in a mini van with none other than Foo Fighters.  They sang some of the band’s biggest hits and even made a surprise appearance at a Guitar Center!

According to Stone Sour/Slipknot front man, Corey Taylor, he’s been trying to bury the whole dust up between him and Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger.  The problem is that fans keep bringing it up!  Taylor said he wasn’t even the one who started the whole mess, but it just doesn’t seem to want to go away!
